Creative Partnership

One thing I learnt in writing, drawing and printing my own comic was that it was an awful lot of work.  Time consuming and punishing.

Due to this I spent my time seeking out other great artists.  I found an few and have a few shorts with other artists working on them, however there was one artist that I found an affinity with.  I am now pleased to announce that Alexis Alseymoure and I are now creative partners!

All the art used here is from ROUGH test pages.  This is by no means the finished artwork (Also it won't feature in any story)  But it gives you a small teaser of what is to come o so very soon.  They all depict Pola, Janet or both of them.  Pola has changed somewhat in appearance since then, he is too charming here.

Exciting I know!!!

He sent me a few test pages with my characters in it and agreed to not only be the artist for a short but the whole of the next book that I have now written, "Royal: Luck o' the Irish" featuring Janet and her past.  It offers a greater insight into Janet and also throws in much more twisted horror than even Royal.  I literally cannot wait and I am the guy that wrote it.

Also if that wasn't enough I am also working on another project with Alexis Alseymoure, a web comic that is a smaller story than Royal.  Following one young lady and her daily life in a post-apocalyptic world.  Think mad-max but without guns, much more violence, mutants and a truckload of sexy and enough darkness to make Mr. Bear lock himself in a closet.

I really feel that I have met a perfect match for my creativity and we both feel that we are going to get a ton out of this partnership.

Twin Sword Trading: New Horizons

The MCM treated me well in many ways.  I was successful, sold a bunch of art, comics and also met some brilliant people.  As of today a much broader range of talent has come to Twin Sword Trading.  Royal is now able to branch out and expand as a selection of very talented artists have come on board to showcase their talents.

L n' R T Collaborations, will now be bringing you more Royal based stories as well as taking over Mr. Bear.  Myself (Lewis Terry) and my sister (co-creator of Royal and the world surrounding it) Rebecca Terry, will be teaming up to deliver the stories that we have created over the past 14 years.

James Stayte has already created some work alongside me on the short Janet and in the future shall be lending his hand to a few Prince related tales.

Hopefully we shall see another couple of artists join the team as well, I am just waiting for the conformation.  However that is a solid team of six all working on Royal and it's world.  I am lucky to have so many people interested and dedicated to this comic.
