Curious

A while back I wanted to do a series of animal people portraits. I drew two and then got onto other projects.  Now after a long break I have drawn a third.  The bird lady.

Portrait

I have been pretty busy with commissions and comic work of late.

I haven't had much time for anything else. So here is a quick portrait to brighten all the black and white lineart of late.

Along the Avenue

A preview piece from a small project to get me back into comics.

It is going to be pretty rough and brief.

A little Touch Up

The curse of being an artist is that your work never ever seems finished, or at least after a few days you grow to hate it.  Yesterday I went back to a picture I finished six days ago.  I disliked it so much I re-worked it for a few hours.

I reshaped the face, put more detail into the eyes and smoothed out the colouration of the skin.  The whole face just needed more focus and vibrancy.

Overkill

"It's all about the pain and who's gonna make it."

Impossible for Others to Cut Down

"Risk isn't a word in my vocabulary. It's my very existence."

I'm the King of Foreplay

"The Guys one Lab accident away from becoming a super villain."

Rosie the Cat

May she rest in peace

A gift for a friend

Survivor

This is my third and final pin-up for Geeky Comics' 'The Geeky Book of Horror' Kickstarter. Special thanks to Jess, a talent scout for Twin Sword Trading, who modelled for this drawing!

Only 5 days remain of the Kickstarter. Head on down to pledge (and grab my three prints in the process!)

Forever the Clown

A portrait I drew of a friend, for fun to play with my new style.

Kimberlee B

This is for Kimberlee B, a client who requested a portrait of themselves. A huge lover of music, I decided to incorporate this into the picture.
