I'm at the London MCM Comic Con This Weekend!
Con time is here again already! It seems like such a short time ago since I was last at a convention (London Super Comic Con in February).
Now this weekend I shall be at the London MCM Comic Con at the ExCel Centre (Custom House, if anyone is wondering what train station is the closest!).
I shall be in the Comic Village section of the con, along with a whole bunch of excellent artist buddies. I shall be giving them a feature in my next blog post, so stay tuned.
So to anyone who is interested, I shall be selling and showing off my comic 'Royal', preview samples of my upcoming comics, unveiling my new art book 'Hidden Beauties' and presenting a plethora of new and old prints (geek themed for the con lovers, and some original stuff too).
I am based at table E8 in Comic Village, and will be manning the table along with my Fiancé Kayleigh Powis of blogs Pages and Panels (comics) and 8-Bit Girl (gaming). Please come on over and say hi. We don't bite!
I look forward to seeing a lot of you there.

I'm At The London Super Comic Con in Feb!
I'm pleased to announce that I will be taking a table in the Artist Alley section of the London Super Comic Convention on the 23rd and 24th of February 2013.
As well as displaying and selling a collection of my prints (some older pieces, some brand new), I'll also be showcasing my comic which I have been working on for the past few months.
The comic is due to be pressed early January, in time for the convention!
So if you can make it down, I'd really love you to swing by my stall to check out my art.
Not only will I be manning the stall, but I'll be joined by 8-BitGirl, and some artist friends are also exhibiting-Jess Bradley, John-Paul Bove, Marisa Brook and Deakin Brook.
Last years LSCC was brilliant, so I have no doubts that this will be another winner. Hope to see you all there!

Entertainment Media Show Round-up!
As many of you will remember, I was at the Entertainment Media Show at Olympia, London this weekend.
My stall was stocked with an abundance of 6x4 and A4 prints, and I felt impressed with it. Teaming up with my assistant, 8-Bit Girl, we switched the table around on Sunday so that all the A4 prints were in a large folder for all to flick through. It looked much better that way, but sadly we forgot to take photographs of that!
Even though the EMS was a very quiet convention for the whole of the weekend, I had plenty of people visiting the stall, picking up my prints, arranging commissions and generally giving me compliments. Thankfully, everyone who stopped to have a chat had something positive to say about my art! So I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of you who picked up a print, business card, or simply just stopped by to chat and take an interest in my art. It was a pleasure to talk to you all!
Thankfully we had the pleasure of sitting between some lovely people. To the left of us, our con neighbours were artist Sarah Childs and her mum, who proved to be wonderful company. On the right we were situated next to Deakin Brook of Inanimate Objectives, who again was great to chat to. Might I take this opportunity to also mention Paulina, an artist who's table was next to Sarah Child's. A great art style, and great company!
Also, special thanks to Bleeding Cool for featuring the stall!
Check out the photographs below of the table and convention, and thank you for all of your support!
I shall be updating this blog regularly so please keep checking back.

Come Visit My Stall at the Entertainment Media Show!
Hello all,
Well, all my prints and things are ready for my table tomorrow at the Entertainment Media Show at the Olympia Centre, London.
I shall be selling my art in the artists corner/comic village all day Saturday and all day Sunday. If you are planning to make a trip down to the convention, then please swing by my stall, even just to check out my art and say hi!
There is plenty of new art that I'll be selling, and much more than last time too. I've tried to give it all a bit of variety, so hopefully they'll be something that will take your interest.
So please, come on down and say hi! I'll be manning the stall with 8-Bit Girl, so if you cannot find me...look out for her instead.
Thanks,
Lewis

LFCC Roundup Post!
Hey all,
I had a fantastic weekend at the London Film & Comic Con. The stall was a great success, I received so many positive comments and plenty of people loved the prints. The big sellers included Red Queen, Pac-Man, Stormtroopet, Hello From Japan, Ever Dance With The Devil In The Pale Moonlight.
Day 1: Table pretty much ready, and waiting for opening time! |

People seemed to love my style, and the "masked women", such as Stormtroopet generated a lot of laughs, so they'll be plenty more in this series (look out for a Minecraft Creeper soon)! Check out some of the photos I took below.

FREE Goodie Bag, LFCC...GO!
All my prints and clear wallets have arrived, and I've spent several hours packaging them up, ready for the London Film & Comic Con. Business cards are done, things are packed up and ready (well...almost), and I've got a fun little freebie lined up for some of you who pay a visit to my stall! I'll also be joined by Kayleigh Powis, AKA 8-Bit Girl, who will be helping me man the stall.
Free Goodie Bags!
Take a look at these:
There's 20 of them all packaged up and ready to give out to twenty of you! I'll be giving away 10 on Saturday, and 10 on Sunday. To qualify for a freebie, please print out the coupon below (either Saturday or Sunday's one...depending on what day you're going!) and present it to me at my stall!
Please note that this is a first come, first served thing...so make sure to get there early!
Go ahead and print out one of these coupons. It's one per person, and if you're going to both weekend days, you're allowed to try again on the Sunday, but only if I have not already awarded you a goodie bag...as that's just greedy (plus they're all pretty much identical).
So what's in these bags? Sorry, but that's a surprise! You'll find out if you manage to grab one! If you're really wanting to know what is in them...I'm sure I can reveal it once the con is over.
Sign up for a free print giveaway!
Everyone who visits my stall over the weekend and purchases a print (or two...or three!) is eligible to enter my LFCC print giveaway. I've got a form printed out where you can jot down your name and email address. If you would like to do this, then please let me know! No doubt I'll be asking you anyway. :)
The giveaway will end after Sunday's LFCC has closed, and a winner will be picked at random within the next few days after. An email will be sent to the winner and it'll be announced on the blog. As for what you can win...I've not entirely decided that yet, but it'll be a bunch of my prints regardless!
Bargain Prices!
I'll be selling my prints from as little as £2 each. They are all packaged in clear wallets, so you'll be sure there are no grease marks on them or grime from any handsy browsers.
Also, make sure you ask me about commissions!
So make sure you swing by to say hello, browse and perhaps take a print home if you like what I've drawn! I'm really looking forward to it, so see you there if you're going!
